the quality of design must be translated into the construction process – there can be no compromise
in 1993, when the founders of studio 4 projects, redeveloped their own home, they were struck by a common problem:
the inability to find contractors that could build to the stadard required, with sufficient experience of the structural complexity involved, at a price they could afford
not willing to compromise on design or finishes, they took on the management of the construction project themselves
the model developed has been applied to, and refined on, several successful proects since
studio 4 projects was established to transfer this knowledge to other peoples’ projects
